Jan Vorlicek
Has been developing commercial software since 1990. First as a self-employed consultant, then working for two years for a start-up Vizrea (later renamed to WebFives) that was attempting to bring photo, video and blog sharing as a unified experience to desktop, web and mobile phones. Joined Microsoft in 2007. Spent more than two years developing the online advertising servers, almost five years working on a kernel and bootloader of an incubation operating system Midori implemented mostly in managed code and finally a year porting CoreCLR to Linux, OSX and FreeBSD.
